Nathan Skolski is the Associate Director for Public Affairs at UBC Okanagan and is responsible for proactive media relations and issues management, and strategic community engagement at the campus. He has been working in communications for over 10 years and joined UBC in 2017. Before that, he was in Ottawa where he served for six years as head of media and public affairs for the British High Commission in Canada. Before that he was press attaché for the French Ambassador in Canada and worked in communications for the Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics. He holds a BSc in molecular biology from the University of Victoria.
